Processing/Shipping Times:
Orders may take 3-5 business days to process with our supplier before shipment to its destination. Shipping typically takes 7-15 days as stated on our website. Shipping times may be longer in countries outside of the US (up to 20 days longer).
Please note that we do not refund shipping/processing fees and if reshipment is required, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
Lost or Missing Packages:
Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete addresses placed. Orders with incomplete addresses may be autocompleted with our Shopify address AI autocomplete feature. If you accidentally place an order with the wrong address, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will see if we can change it; we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.
Cancellations:
We generally do not offer cancellations once an order is placed due to the immediate costs we take in processing your order with our staff/suppliers. This also helps us prevent backlog and keep operations smooth and frictionless.
